Lord, You keep encouraging me to speak to this person, to tell them how much I value them in my life and value their teamwork in matters important to me. Lord, You know I am so shy (they also like that about me) AND I am worried to speak at the wrong time (when their heart is not softened to process it), to ruin Your best for us. Please Lord, let them come to me with regards to this matter, to encourage me with regards to it, and then encourage me to speak. You have guided me every day of my life, even when I have been scared to do something, You have always enabled it to occur. It is not unbelief OR reluctance to Your best, I am not being like Jonah. I just dont know how to bring this up, time is running out, I just dont want to mess up, to go against Your timing, as it is such a sensitive issue, has great importance to Your Kingdom if it occurs and this person is so important to me.
